Take one cup of dates remove their seeds and blend well. Do not add water while blending. Now in a pan add in 2 teaspoon of ghee to it. Then add in chopped dry fruits of your choice and saute well in ghee. Now add in half teaspoon of elaichi powder to dry fruit mixture. Now mix the dates mixture along with dry fruits. Prepare balls out of dry fruit mixture when mixture is warm. Healthy sugar free Ladoo is ready.
Dates Cake Recipe
Take 2 cups of dates and add one cup of hot milk in order to soak the dates. Leave for 30 minutes and blend a smooth mixture. Now add one fourth cup of vegetable oil and curd to the mixture. Now mix. Then add 2 cups of whole wheat flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder and half teaspoon of baking soda to the mixture. Remember to sieve the flour mixture.
