  • Evening: 2 fresh dates, and a few nuts

Day 8

  • Breakfast: A chicken sandwich with green chutney or Veg Sandwich, Orange juice
  • Mid-morning: Boiled Corn
  • Lunch: Vegetable pulao with Greek yoghurt
  • Evening: Orange Juice with chia seeds, 2 fresh dates
  • Dinner: 2 phulka with fish curry or Paneer Curry

Day 9

  • Breakfast: Moong dal caht with chutney, Coconut water
  • Mid-morning: A fruit bowl

Day 14
