A low carbohydrate diet is a diet which restricts the carbohydrate intake from sugary foods such as pastas, breads and sweets. This diet is high in protein, fats and healthy vegetables. - Mid Morning: A bowl of strawberry
- Lunch: Rajma chawal with curd
- Evening Time: 2 multigrain biscuits with black tea

- Mid Morning: Green Apple
- Lunch: Mix dal khichdi with curd
- Evening Time: Green Tea
- Dinner: Chicken Soup with vegetable stir fry

- Mid morning: kiwis -2
- Lunch: Brown rice pulao with curd
- Evening time: Handful of peanuts
- Dinner: Mix vegetable soup with boiled egg

- Mid Morning: lemon and mint water with chia seeds
- Lunch: Zucchini salad with scrambled eggs
