Intermittent fasting is an intelligent way to eat. In this diet basically we have an eating window and a fasting period. The fasting period lasts for about 16 hours where as eating window is about 8 hours. In intermittent fasting we are not restricted to eat the food but the timings on what we eat is more important. During the fasting period our body detoxifies the toxins and helps in cleaning and repairing body cells

Most important of intermittent fasting is that it helps in boosting the metabolism of the body. The higher will be the metabolism the more body helps in faster weight loss. Eating Timings For This Diet Plan

Here is a simple 9 days weight loss plan for intermittent fasting. In this plan the eating window starts from 11am to 7pm. The fasting window will begin from 7pm to 11am next morning.

This diet plan has 3 major meals with snacks in between. Always try to break the fast followed by a fruit.

  • 11am – Any fruit of your choice
  • 11.20 am Breakfast
  • 2.30 to 2.45 lunch
  • 5pm evening snack
  • 6:30 dinner
