  • Mid Morning: 1 cup sprouts
  • Lunch: 2 roti with mixed dal, capsicum stir fry
  • Evening: 5 fresh dates
  • Dinner: Steamed fish with rice, vegetable salad

Day 4

  • Early Morning: Warm water with cinnamon
  • Breakfast: Chicken sandwich with orange juice
  • Mid Morning: Green tea
  • Lunch: Bajra khichdi with curd
  • Evening: Boiled egg
  • Dinner: 1 phulka with spinach curry, cauliflower stir fry

Day 5

  • Early Morning: Warm water with honey
  • Breakfast: 2 Moong dal idli with chutney
  • Mid Morning: Thin buttermilk, ragi laddu
  • Lunch: 2 multi grain roti with amaranth dal, salad
  • Evening Time: An orange
  • Dinner: Tomato soup with fish stir fry

Day 6

  • Early Morning: Warm water with cinnamon and ginger
  • Breakfast: 2 sprouts chillas with chutney
  • Mid Morning: Handful of pumpkin seeds, 5 almonds
  • Lunch: Oats and moong dal khichdi with curd
  • Evening time: Roasted peanuts with an apple
  • Dinner: Chicken Soup with vegetables

Day 7
