  • Breakfast: Ragi dosa(2) with chutney
  • Mid Morning: 2 oats biscuits with green tea
  • Lunch: Mix dal khichdi with curd
  • Evening Time: Thin Buttermilk
  • Dinner: Steamed fish with vegetable
