The pain and suffering that the chef experienced were healed with the food. he says, “This is going to be how my life is. I’ll just figure it out”. About 30, 40, and 50 years before people used to cure themselves with food. Micheal also thought that food would help him to cure the pain. For healing inflammation, he started a 30-day reset diet in which things he used to love were avoided. He says it was awful and frustrating too as his all-loved food was cut out.

The chef used to feel cranky in his shows. His wife Liz says, “I would rather have you in pain than be so angry because you can’t eat any of these things”. On completing his 30 days food cut out The chef noticed that dairy and sugars were something that was triggering his inflammation issues.

He prefers lifting weights. Micheal was challenged with Bobby for new weight lifting routines. The chef stays consistent sets goals and challenges himself to complete his workout routine.

Micheal says the hardest thing for him is to stay on time daily as his routine is not scheduled for work. He says once he falls off the track it’s way difficult to get on it. He says, that instead of working out at the same time each day, he says himself he is going to work out after a certain event every day. No matter whether he finishes off at 1 pm, 3 pm or 6 pm. If he misses one day then he feels guilty about it.

His main exercise goal was to complete 20,000 steps every day. He used to work for 5 days a week of which 3 days were strength training through weights and the remaining 2 days were cardio workouts. He challenged his muscles throughout strength training to get into perfect shape.
