Then he tried with another movie named Boom which he co-wrote and produced by himself, but he needed to lose some weight before bagging that role. The film which he was working on was based on mixed martial arts(MMA fighting). He got prepared for the role with help of an MMA mentor named Ryan Parsons. He was playing the role of a teacher who tries his hand at mixed martial arts. As he was practicing intensive training he lost nearly about 80 pounds. He was successful with his own personal weight loss campaign named “The Truth About six pack abs”. In this many successful fitness, DVDs were released which became very popular. Many different DVDs were launched as a part of the program. People started wondering how he became so popular. In order to flaunt his weight loss and fitness routine Kavin James ripped his shirt off and showed his six-pack abs which he achieved by following an extremely simple and easy-to-do diet.

Parson even added up saying “That’s the key for a successful workout for anyone. You have to know why you are doing, what you are doing and have to keep a set goal in your mind.
