Naga’s Morning Breakfast Routine
The BBC star is an Early Morning person. In 2018, when she used to do a show named, The Guardian – On every hour, the star used to have a cup of black coffee. But no, she has no such interest in taking any sort of caffeinated drinks in the morning.
The 45-year-old star, breakfast favorite option was on-the-go porridge. She says I‘ve had to ease porridge into my life to be healthier enough. If the star is hungry enough, she consumes porridge along with chia seeds, sultanas, and a banana. She says I love boiled eggs very much. I could eat them with pepper on a daily basis.

As her breakfast is heavy, healthy, and fulfilling, Naga goes with eating light meals during lunch. Therefore she had a habit of skipping lunch. But over the years, she changed her opinion and continued with lighter meals at lunch.
Some of the previous lunch options practiced by Naga were banana, vegetable soup, prawns, calamari tandoori, etc. Way back in 2019, the TV shared pics of her lunch while she was away for a holiday. Naga’s lunch comprised a big bowl of tomato and olive oil salad. Along with it, there was fresh mozzarella, prosciutto along with her favorite hard-boiled egg. She was in love with enjoying dinners, whether dinner plans could be with her husband, friends, or even dining out outside. The BBC star loves to enjoy big hearty meals which are packed with flavors.
The star confessed that “Practising portion control is difficult for me”. “ I eat more than my husband James Haggar although he is 5 feet and 11 inches. She says, I can’t bear if someone has more food than me…and I don’t know why so.”
The star’s culinary skills were seen through Instagram @tvnaga updates. She loved cooking one-pot meals which are flavored with chili and garlic. The star also loves eating Classic British Toast.
While going through a sneak peek at the stars cooking skills on Instagram, it was shown that Naga’s dinner included crispy Hassel back potatoes which the star described as “my favorite type of roast potatoes “, which was followed by Clementine cake.
As Naga is not fond of drinking decaffeinated coffees and herbal teas, she could take a glass of wine instead during evening hours, in order to feel refreshed.

Naga had a sweet tooth and loves to eat desserts. Back in 2019, the star showed off an impressive golf garden dessert which was from a 5-star luxury hotel. Naga also said that she doesn’t favor snacks much as she doesn’t like them. She liked eating peanut butter, Mms, salt and pepper chips, and chocolate raisins too.

The star revealed that ‘she suffered a huge loss ‘ as she paid tribute to a co-star. Back in 2008, when Naga joined BBC, she made a lot of friends. But Naga left to see a college named Secunder Kermani who left his role as he was being offered at Channel 4 as a Pakistani and Afghanistan correspondent.
Secunder Kermani tweeted: “Pleased to say I’ll be joining @Channel4News as foreign affairs correspondent later this year based out of London. Am looking forward with a great team on stories right across the world”.
Naga quickly congratulated him but she wasn’t happy within deeply as he was leaving BBC. She expressed saying, “Congratulations! A huge loss for us, and C4’s immense gain X”. This was the first time when Naga showed concern for a colleague.
