Day 5: Diet Plan with Workout Plan

11am: 2 kiwis

Breakfast: Vegetable upma with chutney

Lunch: Multigrain aata paneer roll with onion salad

Evening snack: Roasted Chana handful of it

Dinner: Soya bean pulao with curd

Day 5 Workout :

  • Brisk walking- 30 to 35 minutes
  • Jumping Jack’s- 20 to 25 repetitions
  • Burpees with leg raises – 20 to 25 repetitions (2 sets)
