Day 3: Diet Plan with Workout Plan

11am: A banana

Breakfast: Veg Omlette( 2 egg whites and a yolk) with a slice of brown bread

Lunch: Bajra khichdi with some curd and green chili chutney

Evening snack: Roasted peanuts handful of it

Dinner: Boiled moong dal and vegetable salad with curd

Day 3 Workout:

  • Brisk walking – 30 minutes
  • Wall sits – 10 to 15 repetitions ( hold for 15 seconds)
  • Squat jumps- 20 to 25 (2 sets)
