Day 6: Diet Plan with Workout Plan

11am: An apple

Breakfast: 2 Idlis with vegetable sambar

Lunch: Chole chawal with curd and salad

Evening Snack: Tea

Dinner: Phulka with mushroom and vegetable stir fry, curd.

Day 6 Workout:

  • Brisk walking: 30 to 35 minutes
  • Squats full body – 20 to 25 repetitions
  • Lunges 15 to 20 ( 2 sets)
