Day 2: Diet Plan with Workout Plan

11am : An orange

Breakfast: Vegetable Poha with a glass of milk

Lunch: 1 phulka with Palak paneer, 1 cup rice and vegetable curry and  cucumber slices

Evening Snack: Coffee

Dinner: Phulka with bottle gourd dal, curd.

Day 2 Workout:

  • Brisk walking for 25 to 30 minutes
  • Jumping Jack’s- 20 to 25 repetitions
  • High knee jumps – 15 to 20 repetitions
