Day 4: Diet Plan with Workout Plan

11am: 3 slices of watermelon

Breakfast: Apple milkshake with a slice of bread and peanut butter

Lunch: Oats and moong dal khichdi with curd and sesame seeds chutney( Til)

Evening snack: Roasted Makhana handful of it

Dinner: Boiled chickpea and vegetable salad with mint chutney

Day 4 Workout:

  • Brisk walking- 30 to 35 minutes
  • Burpees- 10 repetitions (2 sets)
  • High knee Jack’s and arm circles – 20 to 25 repetitions
