Day1: Diet Plan with Workout Plan

11am : An apple

Breakfast: Protein shake(10grams) smoothie with curd and banana

Lunch: 1 phulka with vegetable side dish and cucumber salad

Evening snack: Tea

Dinner: Phulka with fish and vegetable stir fry

Day 1 Workout:

  • Brisk walking for 25 to 30 minutes
  • Arm stretches – 10 to 15 repetitions
  • Leg raises- 10 to 15 repetitions
