Day 8: Diet Plan with Workout Plan

11am : A banana

Breakfast: 2 boiled eggs with handful of almonds

Lunch: Mix dals with a cup of rice and  cabbage salad

Evening snack: Coffee

Dinner: Paneer and vegetable curry with a phulka

Day 8 workout:

  • Brisk Walking: 30 to 35 minutes
  • Burpees with high knee jumps – 15 to 25 repetitions
  • Donkey kicks – 15 to 20 repetitions (2 sets)
