Day7: Diet Plan with Workout Plan

11am: A guava

Breakfast : 2 multigrain dosa with vegetable sambar

Lunch: Rajma chawal with curd and chutney

Evening snack : Roasted peanuts handful of it

Dinner: Phulka with scrambled eggs (2 egg whites and a yolk)

Day 7 Workout:

  • Brisk walking : 30 to 35 minutes
  • Arm circles with high knee jumps: 15 to 20 repetitions
  • Leg raises followed by wall sits: 20 to 25 repetitions
