Evening snack: Roasted peanuts handful of it
Dinner: Phulka with broad beans curry and curd
Day 9 Workout:
- Brisk walking: 30 to 35 minutes
- Sumo squats with arm kickboxing- 20 to 25 repetitions
- High intense Zumba for 25 minutes
