  • Lunch: Vegetable chicken salad with cream cheese
  • Evening Time: Mixed bowl of pineapple and kiwis
  • Dinner: Palak soup with cream

Day 10 Workout:

  • Stair climbing- 10 to 15 times
  • Zumba dance- 20 minutes
  • Burpees – 10 to 15 times(2 sets)
