  • Mid Morning: Almonds (8) with green tea
  • Lunch: 2 keto cheese paratha with parwal sabzi
  • Evening Time: A bowl of pineapple
  • Dinner: Garlic butter fish with vegetable stir fry

Day 13 Workout:

  • Rope jumping- 20 to 25 times
  • Push ups – 10 to 15 times
  • Walking lunges- 10 to 15 times(2 sets)
