Day 4 Diet:

  • Early Morning: Cinnamon tea with ginger
  • Breakfast: Blackcofee with nuts(almonds, walnuts,cashews) 8 ,8,4
  • Mid Morning: A bowl of pineapple
  • Lunch: 1 keto roti with soyabhurji, butter
  • Evening Time: Greek yoghurt 1 cup
  • Dinner: Mushroom cream soup with added vegetables

Day 4 Workout:

  • Jumping Rope- 20 minutes
  • Squat Jumps – 20 to 25 times
  • Split Squats- 20 to 25 time
