  • Evening Time: Greek yoghurt 1 cup
  • Dinner: Tofu with mushrooms and cabbage stir fry (100 grams)

Day 12 Workout:

  • Superman- 10 to 15 times(2 sets)
  • Full Squats- 15 to 20 times(2 sets)
  • Leg raises- 10 to 15 times(2 sets)
