Day 14 Diet:

  • Early Morning: lemon water with chia seeds
  • Breakfast: 2 keto Chillas with paneer
  • Mid Morning: Black coffee with cashews (8)
  • Lunch: Vegetable salad with full fat Greek yoghurt
  • Evening Time: A bowl of Papaya
  • Dinner: Chicken and tofu patties, bhindi stir fry

Day 14 Workout:

  • Stair Climbing-10 to 15 times
  • Dancing – 20 minutes
  • Burpees – 10 to 15 times(2 sets)
