  • Lunch: 1 keto roti with lauki sabzi and vegetable stir fry
  • Evening Time: Handful of pumpkin seeds
  • Dinner: Quinoa salad with vegetables

Day 5 Workout:

  • Stationary Bicycling- 20 to 25 minutes
  • Zumba dance for 30 minutes
  • Walking Lunges -10 to 15 times
