Day 9 Diet:

  • Early Morning: Green tea
  • Breakfast: Keto protein smoothie with coconut milk
  • Mid Morning: An avocado
  • Lunch: Stir fried mixed vegetables with Greek yoghurt
  • Evening Time: Handful of sunflower seeds
  • Dinner: 2 keto roti with parwal sabzi and one third cup dal

Day 9 Work Out:

  • High knee jumps- 20 to 25 times(2 sets)
  • Split Squats- 10 to 15 times
  • Sumo squats- 10 to 15 (2 sets)
