- Early Morning: Cinnamon tea with lemon Breakfast:
- Black coffee with almonds, cashews and walnuts (8,4,8)
- Mid Morning: Boiled egg
- Lunch: 2 Keto roti with soya bhurji and a cheese cube
- Evening Time: green tea with a bowl of Papaya
- Dinner: Mushroom cream soup
Day 11 Workout:
- Kick boxing- 20 minutes
- Bicycle crunches- 15 to 20 times(2 sets)
- Bird dog- 10 to 15 times(2 sets)
