- Dinner: Tofu with mushrooms and cabbage stir fry (100 grams)
Day 12 Workout:
- Superman- 10 to 15 times(2 sets)
- Full Squats- 15 to 20 times(2 sets)
- Leg raises- 10 to 15 times(2 sets)
