- Breakfast: 2 scrambled eggs with butter
- Mid Morning: Almonds (8) with green tea
- Lunch: 2 keto cheese paratha with parwal sabzi
- Evening Time: A bowl of pineapple
- Dinner: Garlic butter fish with vegetable stir fry
Day 13 Workout:
- Rope jumping- 20 to 25 times
- Push ups – 10 to 15 times
- Walking lunges- 10 to 15 times(2 sets)
