- Breakfast: 2 keto Chillas with paneer
- Mid Morning: Black coffee with cashews (8)
- Lunch: Vegetable salad with full fat Greek yoghurt
- Evening Time: A bowl of Papaya
- Dinner: Chicken and tofu patties, bhindi stir fry
Day 14 Workout:
- Stair Climbing-10 to 15 times
- Dancing – 20 minutes
- Burpees – 10 to 15 times(2 sets)
