- Mid Morning: Green tea with a small apple
- Lunch: 2 keto roti with butter and brinjal curry
- Evening Time: A bowl of strawberries
- Dinner: Mixed vegetable soup with cream
Day 3 Workout:
- Brisk Walking- 30 to 35 minutes
- Stair Climbing- 10 to 15 times
- Zumba dance -20 to 25 minutes
