- Mid Morning: Green tea with keto bread(grated cheese)
- Lunch: 1 keto roti with lauki sabzi and vegetable stir fry
- Evening Time: Handful of pumpkin seeds
- Dinner: Quinoa salad with vegetables
Day 5 Workout:
- Stationary Bicycling- 20 to 25 minutes
- Zumba dance for 30 minutes
- Walking Lunges -10 to 15 times
