- Breakfast: Blackcofee with nuts(almonds, walnuts,cashews) 8 ,8,4
- Mid Morning: A bowl of pineapple
- Lunch: 1 keto roti with soyabhurji, butter
- Evening Time: Greek yoghurt 1 cup
- Dinner: Mushroom cream soup with added vegetables
Day 4 Workout:
- Jumping Rope- 20 minutes
- Squat Jumps – 20 to 25 times
- Split Squats- 20 to 25 time
