- Early Morning: Green tea
- Breakfast: Keto protein smoothie with coconut milk
- Mid Morning: An avocado
- Lunch: Stir fried mixed vegetables with Greek yoghurt
- Evening Time: Handful of sunflower seeds
- Dinner: 2 keto roti with parwal sabzi and one third cup dal
Day 9 Work Out:
- High knee jumps- 20 to 25 times(2 sets)
- Split Squats- 10 to 15 times
- Sumo squats- 10 to 15 (2 sets)
